We construct new, affordable homes

• in a controlled environment,
• with skilled, permanent, full time workers
• to a high degree of precision and 
• of consistent quality.

Most of our work is completed off-site in our fabricating facility.  Only utilities connections and building envelope sealing completed on site.  All of this is done around a conventionally constructed central elevator & stairwell core.

This allows  us to repeatedly manufacture mixed use mid-rise and high-rise buildings which are a

• standard repeatable design,
• highly energy efficient,
• built faster and
• at a lower cost.

Each floor is completed on site, in days , rather than months, 

• mitigating weather issues, 
• reducing construction traffic, 
• minimizing road closures and 
• eliminating on-site construction materials waste.(Part of our contribution to the environment)

At Mercidian we have committed to become intimately familiar with and responsible for every aspect of our developments, from concept to occupancy, to control costs and provide a a high standard of quality.  This includes:

• land acquisition, 
• building design, 
• off-site manufacturing of building modules,
• on-site placing and connecting of the building modules
• project management, 
• general contracting, 

as well as conventional construction of: 

• underground parkades,
• commercial/retail pedestal

and we also provide:

• marketing services,
• sales and rentals services,
• strata property management and
• consulting services, to teach others how to do what we do.
