Most of our work is completed off-site in our fabricating facility. Only utilities connections and building envelope sealing is completed on site once the modules are placed. All of this is done around a conventionally constructed central elevator, stairwell and utility services core.

By using 7 unique "standard" modules we can produce the appropriate mix of suites in our standard building floor-plate to serve the demographics of the area we build in. We have 6 standard suite layouts available in our standard template floor-plate - Studio, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom + Den and 3 Bedroom.
