Most of our finishing work is completed off-site in our fabricating facility.  


On-site "conventional" work, including sites services, underground parking, surface parking, elevator/stairwell core and commercial/retail pedestal is performed concurrently with off-site fabrication - to reduce overall completion time.

This allows  us to repeatedly manufacture mixed use mid-rise and high-rise buildings which are a:

On-Site Construction Time is Minimized

Once all the modules for the building are finished inside and out, they are shipped from our off-site fabricating facility to the building site for placement around a conventionally constructed central elevator, stairwell and utility services core at a rate of about 5 to 10 modules per day including utility services connections.  Each floor is completed in about  1 week.
