Once all the modules for the building are finished inside and out, they are shipped from our off-site fabricating facility to the building site for placement around a conventionally constructed central elevator, stairwell and utility services core at a rate of about 5 to 10 modules per day including utility services connections. Each floor is completed in about 1 week.

By using 3 proprietary "standard" steel modules we can produce the appropriate mix of suites in our standard building floor-plate to serve the demographics of the area we build in. We have 6 standard suite layouts available in our standard template floor-plate - Studio, One Bedroom, Bedroom + Den, Two Bedroom, Two Bedroom + Den and 3 Bedroom. (Two Bedroom Suites available with ensuites in each bedroom)
The same standard floor-plate is used to construct buildings from 2 to 21 storeys, keeping design costs low and completion times short, and the design is engineered for use in seismic regions up to Zone 5 and is forest fire and smoke tolerant with non-combustible exterior finishes and air tight living units with high efficiency (75%) heat recovery air exchange units.
